I'm sure each of you have purchased air freshener at least once in your life. I'm just as guilty as the next. Point, spray, ahhhhh. Wonderful smell for a few minutes and then it's all gone. Why spend your hard earned $ on something that doesn't last long?
Well, here's a solution for long lasting freshness! You got it, homemade Febreze! You read it right. Febreze is $2 + without coupons in your local store but you can make a 32 oz bottle for less than 25¢. Plus, the smell last hours and hours.
Here's what you need:
32oz sprayer bottle
1/8 cup of fabric softener
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
Water
Pour baking soda and fabric softener into the bottle and shake. Fill remainder of bottle up with warm water and shake until you are sure the soda has dissolved. There ya go! Febreze!
